Ángel Salazar Dies While Filming Indie Scarface Spin-Off

While working on an indie film about the famous movie Scarface, in which he starred alongside Al Pacino, the actor Ángel Salazar died. As reported by TMZ, the actor, who had played the role of “Chi Chi” in the fundamental picture, was 69 years old, and he died in his sleep at a friend’s house in Brooklyn, where the action of his last work “The Brooklyn Prelude” took place.

The film, which stars Salazar and Steven Bauer, who also starred in Scarface, tells of a film director from Brooklyn who, by creating a parody of the cult classic, is trying to revive his career. The actor looked very tired, collapsing during filming in New Jersey in April of this past year. But I was going to finish filming in Miami later this year.

“But I want to complete the film in his honor. He brought his talents to the project. It is one of the funniest people I have ever met,” Rivas told TMZ. The publication published an exclusive video with the latest job of the actor.
