The rape and brutal murder of Moumita Debnath, a young doctor in Kolkata, have triggered massive protests all over India, with citizens and celebrities, especially Bollywood actors expressing their disappointment on social media platforms. Twinkle Khanna, in a profound post on Instagram, revealed that a mother is only as happy as the most unhappy child in her home. She also shared that she’s disgusted as a mom who is always on high alert, fearing the worst. However, what stuck the post the most is the comment that throws imaginary light on the way women train their daughters in the country on being wary all the time.

Equally, Kareena Kapoor Khan was upset by the manner in which notorious acts are happening in a country that has always demonstrated in support of its women.
