Chelsea F.C. and Napoli Struggle to Agree on Lukaku Transfer

Chelsea’s transfer of rights to striker Romelu Lukaku to Napoli put on hold. Lukaku himself is determined to move, among other things, as both parties stalled several weeks after the deal began. From this perspective, Lukaku believes that he can strengthen the Antonio Conte lineup and has already worked with him at Inter.
