The heatwave, according to WXCharts will peak at around August 30 and will see temperatures rise to as high as 32 °C in the southeast regions such as London and Canterbury. The anticipated temperatures are likely to trigger storms as it will be excessively hot.

Regional Temperature Forecasts

Temperatures in the Midlands region such as Birmingham and Peterborough, and other northern regions including Manchester and Liverpool are expected to hover around 30 °C to 31°C. In other regions such as the southwest, East Anglia, and Wales including Plymouth, Exeter, Norwich, Ipswich, Conwy, and Cardiff, the temperatures are likely to be relatively mild, ranging from 25 °C to 28 °C. Northern Ireland will experience the most cooling weather, with temperatures estimated to not exceed 23°C.
