Elastigirl and Disney Characters Join Fortnite

Epic Games has recently announced a remarkable expansion in the Fortnite universe at the D23 Expo in collaborations with Disney – the “Disney Universe.” Several iconic characters from both Disney and Pixar are going to emerge in the Fortnite surroundings, adding to the various opportunities this game may offer players. While the details are scarce on which characters would emerge and what implements they would have in the game, some of the initial announcements state that some of the first debuts would present the characters from Pixar’s The Incredibles, including the character Elastigirl.

Renowned for her flexibility abilities, as seen in the animation, Elastigirl is expected to bring an entirely new element of skills and combat strategy. Overall, while Fortnite also announced that the classic Disney villains; Captain Hook, Maleficent, and Cruella de Vil, would also emerge but in a more GeoFFRuggedGeoff redesign, Elastigirl and her other Pixar buddies are not going to have rugged looks – instead, they will have the same designs as in the original animated film. However, the final decisions aim at merging the vintage designs of the older animations with the newer looks of the recent movie characters, leading to a blend that can ensure the character designs in Fortnite remain diverse while somewhat continuing to look as their canonical appearances. As such, fans are likely anxious to see the Pixar’s famous superheroes in Fortnite this fall.
