Blackman shared that the last day was the one he made to coincide with the filming of the final scene. He believes it was important to enhance the feeling of “saying goodbye,” causing the maximum emotion after the show has completed. The actors must face the fact that they will have to move to the next stage of their careers and possibly take other roles to leave the series behind, so it becomes an essential life episode that has been a significant part of their lives.
