Three decades after the release of the movie, Happy Gilmore will finally get a sequel. Moreover, Netflix has reportedly greenlit the project, so the second movie is just a step away from reaching the fans. In addition to this, the famous casting director Grant Wilfley Casting announced an open casting call for extras. The casting will take place on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET. The venue is the Plaza Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency in Morristown, NJ.
