James Cameron Reveals 'Avatar: Fire and Ash' Details

The title of the long-awaited third part of the “Avatar” was announced by the visionary director James Cameron during the performance with the stars of the picture, Zoe Saldaña and Sam Worthington, at the D23 expo. “Avatar: Fire and Ash” will continue the story of humanity’s conflict with aliens on the planet Pandora and immerse viewers in an “insane adventure” full of new effects and special effects. No footage from the shooting of the new part has been shown to the audience, but Cameron, who demonstrated several especially striking sketches for the audience, promised that the concept art could “blow your mind.”

Dancing over the fire and soaring on banshees – the concept art depicts Neytiri’s journey through “Avatar: Fire and Ash.” The film will show Pandora’s unexplored gamma and be better than the previous one. Cameron also noted that in terms of dramatic perception, “Avatar: Fire and Ash” would be “really challenging” The director set himself the task of exposing his favorite characters to new tests and putting them in even more intense conditions. The third part “Fire and ash” will take place after the events of “Avatar: The Way of Water.”
