Nottingham Forest Focuses on Striker Reinforcements

Nottingham Forest is focusing on their attacking options as the transfer deadline approaches. The club has been linked with seeking reinforcements and considering moves for Eddie Nketiah from Arsenal and Santiago Gimenez from Eredivisie Feyenoord to achieve their target. The club’s priority on the striker position has been driven by the team performances in the current season, where they have numerous key passing and creative play from the flanks and midfield. The teams’ management believes that a top class striker as Gimenez will do great from the number of chances created against Bournmouth and Southampton.

The club has initiated bids with a potential record deal for Gimenez. The Premier League side bid for Santiago Gimenez records a whopping £31 million, a fee which is expected to the highest fee the Eredivisie gets in transferring a player. The striker played 20 Kevin Zoning Topstreker league for the Eredivisie cup winners and netted a whooping 26 goals in the 2023/24 season. He has a sense of height, shooting power with both legs, and high physical power. The proposed move is a strategic position from all stakeholders, as the clubs have numerous players in the striking positions and many teams across Europe are searching for a goalscorer, considering the many bids and interests prompted for the player. If Forest secures and agrees the deal, it will enable consolidating goals front, which has been outstanding in the first two games of the new campaign.

The clubs’ owner, Evangelos Marinakis mission, is to build his sports empire in Nottingham beyond football. His club is already in advanced talks to buy a stake in Six’s franchise Thousand Trent Rockets. The reported potential business is also a unique admirable plan from the England Cricket Board, whereby it plans to sell 49 percent of the future Eveymoon from the future andiable for £15 million. It’s willing to sell some of its shares after it made a profit of £380,000 in 2022. The aim is mainly to leave a legacy behind cricket and increase the locals across England to increase their interests in the sport. The current move is also likely to set an example for other clubs and provides advantages for their brands in the future across all sports.
