It has recently happened a terrible aviation accident in the capital of Brazil, on the outskirts of Sao Paulo, where a passenger aircraft operated by Voepass Linhas Aéreas with 62 people on board collided with residential buildings. Flight 2283 from Cascavel to São Paulo last contacted at about 1:30 p.m. local time when the plane was already approaching its destination. Video below captured on social networks shows that the plane just fell uncontrollably, followed by sounds of a powerful impact, as a result of which it collapsed and fell into residential buildings.
Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva believes that there are no survivors among the 58 passengers and 4 crew members. There is officially no information about the dead, but details of the disaster in Sao Paulo are available on the Internet. The aircraft is a short to medium-distance aircraft based on the ATR 42 model. Airport authorities and Voepass Linhas are investigating the accident.
