Zootopia 2 Set to Premiere with New Depths and Success

It has been almost ten years since one of the most popular Disney animated films hit the screen, and it appears that “Zootopia” is making a comeback. “Zootopia 2” is set to premiere on November 26, 2025, and it appears that the movie is going to have a new depth and potential success, especially with Ke Huy Quan taking up the voice of a sneaky new character. At D23 convention, Quan’s voice was recognised as Gary the Snake, a personage that would enter the big stage of the city life through Marsh Market’s wetland.

One of the biggest mysteries of the new film is going to be the story of the Marsh Market – a location that “Zootopia 2” would focus on, leaves room for an interesting cinematic experience. It is anticipated that the new area is going to occupy spaces of Southern coastal areas, perhaps even some popular city looks, such as New Orleans. The sneakiness of the new character and his out-of-sight appearance promises good fun. The original story is said to feature Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde as experienced police officers ready to contribute to the city life and start investigations in unknown surrounding. According to Jared Bush and Josie Trinidad, the film is going to be serious in terms of scenes switching on the ‘what is real’ moments and explore characters in a more complex way.
